You don´t need the Sea? Then let´s go to the mountains, to Chamonix, where 7 Seas has a fully operational local team under the name of 7 Mountains, with direct access to the Mont Blanc and neighboring Italy and Switzerland, both only a stone´s throw away. You get year around snow on 3 different glaciers, but also beautiful alpine summer moments.
